When you submit the form, your information is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our website server and then forwarded to the customer relationship management (CRM) system used to manage event leads, which is operated by our website provider, Odidor (odidor.co). Our staff access your inquiry through that system in order to follow up with you.

Retention period: REPLACE_ME— we retain inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward, after which they are securely deleted. The specific retention period is being confirmed and will be stated here.

4. Sharing With Third Parties and Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this website and manage inquiries, and only to the extent they need it for that purpose:

  • Odidor— our website developer and the provider of the lead-management CRM that receives and stores your form submission.
  • Google LLC— Google Analytics (website usage measurement) and Google Ads (advertising measurement and conversion tracking).
  • Google Maps— our Contact and location pages embed a Google Maps frame, which is loaded from Google when you view those pages.

We may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

This website loads Google’s global site tag (gtag.js) on every page, which sets cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
